The club was formed in 1999 by a few people who didn't have the time to drive to the east side of town, and because they didn't feel the need to pay any dues, just so they could belong.  And besides good eats, they also wanted to do stuff with the cars.  Like drive 'em.

From time to time, we'll go drive until the ZR-1 guys can find us.  Assuming they can make all those cams work.  We stop for ice cream.  We don't stop for cats.

And we'll tuck in along side of some of those other clubs if they do something interesting.  Like go to PIR.  Or the coast. 

We don't do bunko nights.  We don't do pot lucks.  We drive.  We eat.  We work on the cars.  We talk the talk and walk the walk.  Thick skin is generally a good idea.
